The journey
It is proven: a diverse and inclusive environment improves the climate, engagement and retention, increases productivity, promotes creativity and innovation in addition to generating financial results for everyone. Our proposal of products and services focuses on the possibilities that the binomial Technology and Human Relationship opens for the creation of a more respectful and inclusive environment.
We see the importance of everyone's economic inclusion, no distinction, as a tool for evolution. For this, our business model has two strategic guidelines:

Income and access to opportunities: improving the employability and representativeness of minority groups, through inclusion and promotion of respect. Inclusion leads to improved income.

Consumption and value generation: minoritized groups are not necessarily minorities. Minoritization and inequality process constrains the demand for specific products and hide opportunities, causing minoritized groups to consume products designed to serve the "majority". These are products and markets that would meet individual characteristics, different business models, for different ways of consuming, different behaviors, but no less profitable.

Enxergamos a importância da inclusão econômica de todos, sem distinção, como ferramenta de evolução. Para isso, nosso modelo de negócio tem dois norteadores estratégicos:

Renda e acesso a oportunidades: melhora das condições de empregabilidade e representatividade dos grupos minorizados, através da inclusão e promoção do respeito. A inclusão leva a melhora da renda.

Consumo e geração de valor: grupos minorizados não são necessariamente minorias. O processo de minorização e desigualdade faz com que demandas por produtos específicos sejam reprimidas, e oportunidades escondidas, fazendo com que grupos minorizados consumam produtos concebidos para atender a "maioria". São produtos e mercados que atenderiam características individuais, modelos de negócio diferentes, para formas de consumir distintas, comportamento distintos, mas não menos rentáveis.

MAURÍCIO NISIYAMA
Graduated in physiotherapy, co-founded a clinic, coordinated an English school and developed most of his career in the chemical industry as regional and global marketing executive. After ten years, feelings of restlessness and a constant search for a professional purpose took him to the world of Diversity and Inclusion with Marcus.
Master's degree from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA), post-graduation at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), B.A. in business administration at FEA-USP and B.A. in physiotherapy at USP. Corporate experiences at Dow, ANGUS and Rhodia Solvay.
MARCUS KEREKES
Wheelchair user for 25 years, fascinated by human behavior, accumulates, in addition to his own personal history as a handicapped person, the experience of managing teams and mentoring several professionals, handicapped or not. After 15 years as corporate executive, he plunged into the world of startups in 2019.
MBA from IESE (Barcelona) and post-graduate from Thunderbird (USA). He has been manager of Marketing, Market Research, Innovation and Technology at companies such as Dupont, Dow and Microsoft in Latin America and the United States.

Co-founder of Carlotas, a company that emerged in 2013 with the focus of working on socio-emotional skills using art and playfulness based on three pillars: Diversity, respect and empathy.

Graduated in Business Administration from FAE Business School (Curitiba), he has experience in the automotive sector, legal services, technology, services, and financial market.

Born in Argentina and passionate about business development and sustainability, she started her career as a technical salesperson at Dupont, where she spent 20 years in various roles and locations, as well as mentoring women and young talents.
